At Big Sisters/Sisterhood, we want you to shop with confidence! 😊 If you purchase an item from us and find the identical item for a lower price 🏷️ at a qualifying competitor within 14 days, we'll refund the difference. 💸
Eligibility Requirements:
- ✅ Identical Item: The competitor's product must be exactly the same as the one purchased from us (e.g., same brand, model, size, color, quantity).
- 🛒 Competitor Type: We price match with authorized retailers. We do not price match items from: ❌ Temu, Alibaba, Shein, or marketplace websites (such as eBay, Etsy, Amazon Marketplace, etc.).
- ✅ Availability: The identical item must be currently in stock and available for immediate purchase on the competitor's website.
- 🗓️ Timeframe: You must submit your price match request within 14 days of your original purchase date from Big Sisters/Sisterhood.
How to Request a Price Match:
- 📧 Contact Us: Email your request to
service@bigsistersisterhood.com. - #️⃣ Include Info: Provide your Big Sisters/Sisterhood order number.
- 🔗 Provide Proof: Add a direct, verifiable link to the product page on the competitor's website showing the lower price.
Verification and Refund Process:
- 🔍 Verification: We will verify the competitor's price, item identity, and stock availability. Please allow 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) for this process. ⏳
- 👍 Refund: If your request is approved, we will issue a refund for the price difference back to your original payment method. 💸
Limitations:
- 3️⃣ Each customer is limited to a maximum of three (3) approved price match requests per calendar month.
- ℹ️ Big Sisters/Sisterhood reserves the right to verify all submitted information and deny requests that do not fully meet these criteria.
