  • Once credit card payment is approved, orders are prepared and shipped within 1-5 business days (Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. CT).
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your geographical location.
  • Please note that some of our products may ship from different fulfillment centers, which can result in varying shipping times.
  • If your order contains items from multiple fulfillment centers, you may receive separate packages.

Domestic Shipping:

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 for domestic customers.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 2-10 business days.
  • Express shipping is available for an additional cost and usually takes 1-3 business days.

International Shipping:

  • We provide international shipping to most countries worldwide, excluding French Southern Territories, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands.
  • International shipping times may vary, with standard shipping ranging from 7-28 business days and express shipping ranging from 3-14 business days.

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are entered accurately during checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Once a package is shipped and tracking information is provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • We do not replace items that are lost or stolen. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their tracking details and ensure safe receipt of the package.
  • Please be aware that customs processes and clearance may cause delays in delivery, and we have no control over such delays.
  • Any additional customs fees, import duties, taxes, or charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your geographical location.

Holiday Shipping:

  • Please note that on holidays, orders will be shipped out on the next business day.
