Our Return Policy: Keeping Things Simple 😊
At Big Sisters/Sisterhood, we want everyone to love their goodies! 💕 We’ve made our return policy as easy as pie. 🥧 Please take a peek below:
📦 For Our Awesome US Customers (Domestic Orders):
Good news! We happily accept returns and exchanges for our friends right here in the USA.
🔄 Starting a Return or Exchange:
Changed your mind? No worries! To start a return or exchange for a domestic order, please email us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving your package, at either returns@bigsistersisterhood.com or service@bigsistersisterhood.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. 📧
Once you’ve notified us, please pop the item back in the mail (postmarked) within 30 days of the original delivery date for a full refund or exchange. 📬
To be eligible, items need to be brand spankin’ new ✨ – unworn with all original tags attached.🏷️
Friendly heads-up: We need to hear from you within 14 days of delivery to ensure we can process your request efficiently. Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate exchanges, our stock can sell out quickly across our various selling platforms. If the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, we will notify you via email, and you will have the option of receiving a full refund of the purchase price or a store credit to shop with us at a later date. Returns or exchanges initiated after 14 days from delivery may not be accepted.
💔 Oops! Something’s Not Quite Right? (Defective or Damaged Items):
If your package arrives with a boo-boo (defective or damaged within the US), let us know within 7 days of delivery. 📸 We’ll make it right with a refund, store credit, or exchange.
🌎 Important Note for Our Wonderful International Shoppers: 💖
We adore our global community! 🥰 You can still shop our styles, but we’ve had to make a change regarding returns and exchanges for orders shipped outside the USA.
🚫 No International Returns or Exchanges (For Now):
Due to the rollercoaster of international tariffs 🎢 and the extra costs of global shipping ✈️, we’re temporarily unable to accept returns or exchanges on orders sent internationally.
This is a new chapter for us, and we understand it might not be what you were hoping for. We used to offer international returns, but these new challenges have made it tough for our small biz. 🙏 We truly hope this will change down the road!
We double-check every international order with extra care before it wings its way to you to ensure top-notch quality.🔍 Please take a good look at the product details and sizing info before you click ‘buy.’ 🤔 Got questions before you order? Just ask! We’re always happy to chat. 😊
✍️ Please Note (International Orders): All international deliveries require a little signature love. 🖋️
💌 Return Shipping (Within the USA): 💌
For eligible domestic returns, we’ll gladly send you one prepaid shipping label per order. 🎁 For exchanges, we also cover the shipping cost back to us for one item per order. If you need to exchange additional items from the same order at a later date, the shipping costs for those subsequent exchanges will be your responsibility. Just keep that tracking number safe and sound!
🛍️ Gift Card Goodies:
Items snagged with our e-gift cards can be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different size (if we have it!). Shoppers are responsible for return shipping fees for gift card purchases.
➡️ How to Return or Exchange (Within the USA):
- Shoot us an email at [email address removed] to let us know what’s up.
- We’ll email you a return label (unless it’s a gift card return).
- Pop the item back in its original packaging with any bits and bobs it came with.
- Slap that label on and send it our way!

We’ll cover the shipping for one exchange per domestic order. Any extra exchanges for the same order will be on you.
💰 Refunds (Within the USA):
Once your return arrives and gets the thumbs-up 👍, we’ll process your refund. Please give us 5-10 business days to work our magic, and it might take your bank a little longer to show it on your statement. We’ll send you an email heads-up when it’s done! 📧
🚫 What Can’t Come Back:
Friendly reminder: Sale and “clearance” treasures are final sale (for everyone!). Also, we can’t accept returns on items that have been loved a little too much (worn, damaged, smelly, or with makeup marks – this goes for all our shoppers). For domestic exchanges, items need to be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags. If an item isn’t in resalable condition, we can’t take it back.
