Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges for Your Peace of Mind
At Big Sisters/Sisterhood, we value our customers and strive to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. We want every lady who visits our site to have a positive experience and feel confident in doing business with us. Therefore, we have established a customer-friendly refund and return policy.
Returns and Exchanges:
Easy and Convenient Return Process for Your Convenience
If you wish to return or exchange any item(s), please notify us via email at returns@bigsistersisterhood.com within 14 days of the delivery date. You must return the items within 45 days for a full refund, or exchange. All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. For returns or exchanges between 30 and 45 days from the delivery date, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-gift card. Please note that we cannot accept returns beyond 30 days from the purchase delivery date.
Defective or Damaged Products:
Quality Assurance and Prompt Resolution for Faulty Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a refund, store credit, or exchange for you.
International Return Policy:
Seamless Returns for Our International Customers
For international orders, please notify us via email at returns@bigsistersisterhood.com within 7 days of the delivery date if you wish to return or exchange any item(s). All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. The items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Returns or exchanges requested after 14 days from the delivery date will be issued a store credit in the form of an E-gift card. Please ensure timely postmarking to avoid any delays, considering the time it takes for international shipping.
Please Note: All international orders require a signature confirmation upon delivery.
We will cover the return shipping charges within the United States only. For international customers, please note that you are responsible for paying the return or exchange item cost, as well as any customs fees or additional charges that may apply. Please retain your receipts for tracking purposes and to ensure that we receive your items.
Gift Card Purchases:
Flexible Options for Gift Card Holders
If you purchased or received our store e-gift card, any item purchased with it can only be redeemed for a store credit or a size exchange if the item is in stock. If the item is no longer in stock, you will be given store credit for the purchase price of the returned item. Return and exchange shipping costs will be covered by the customer for gift card purchases. For detailed guidelines, please refer to our returns and exchange policy.
The Returns/Exchange Process:
Step-by-Step Guide for Easy Returns and Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer service at returns@bigsistersisterhood.com and specify whether it is a return or exchange. Once we receive your request, we will send a return label to the email address used for the order, unless otherwise notified by the customer. Securely package the item in its original packaging along with the provided return form, and use the emailed return label to ship the item back to us. We will cover the return shipping charges. Please retain your receipts for tracking purposes and to ensure that we receive your items.
For each order ID number, we will cover the shipping costs for one exchange. Any additional exchanges under the same order ID will be the customer’s responsibility.
Please Note: If the item being returned or exchanged is no longer in stock, you have the option to receive a refund or store credit equaling the price paid for the item(s).
Refunds:
Timely Refunds for Your Peace of Mind
Once we receive your return package and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Exchanges are subject to item availability. Please allow a minimum of 5-10 business days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Items that Cannot be Returned or Exchanged:
Clear Guidelines for Non-Returnable Items
Please note that sale and “clearance” items are considered final sales and cannot be returned. This rule does not apply to site-wide sales, such as Black Friday and holiday sales. Additionally, any items that are damaged, worn, have an obvious fragrance, or visible residue will not be accepted for exchange or return. Exchanged items must not be washed, worn, or altered in any way and must have the original tags attached. If an item is not in a reasonable condition for restoration, we cannot accept it back, and all sales are final. We kindly request you keep these conditions in mind when purchasing our items.
